　　ABSTRACT： China is one the socialism countries taking initiatives in the cause of renovating state enterprises， implementing the separation of ownership from the

　　right of enterprise administrative， handing over the self-control rights to the state enterprises. Furthermore， China and Vietnam do share large similarities in renovating state

　　enterprises， donating the administration right to the enterprises： The target of Chinas economic renovation is to construct and develop“ the institution of socialism market

　　economy”， while in Vietnam， the target is to construct and develop “the economy in the direction of socialism”. As such， both countries consider the development of

　　producing commodities and market mechanism the significant targets. From which， it can be clearly the practical meanings of the experiences drawn from China for the sakeof our country in renovating state enterprises.
